We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to own the full lifecycle of AI agent implementations — from customer onboarding and requirements gathering through production deployment and continuous iteration. You're a technically sharp, customer‑facing engineer who thrives at the intersection of applied AI and real‑world impact, and you're ready to help scale a function that's at the core of Take2's growth.

What will you be doing?

• Build, deploy, and iterate on AI interviewer agents using internal tooling (Python/JavaScript stack, agentic pipelines)

• Own the post‑sale cycle end‑to‑end — from requirements to go‑live to ongoing performance improvement

• Monitor production agent performance, gather customer feedback, and ship rapid improvements

• Partner with the engineering team to identify product capabilities and contribute to the codebase as needed

Requirements

4 ‑ 6 years of experience

in total experience with minimum of 2 years of FDE AND 2 years of full‑stack SWE
