ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Manager is a key resource for all employee‑related matters. You'll manage core HR functions including job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. Your mission is to create a happy, productive, and collaborative workplace where employees thrive.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and issues
Managing recruitment and selection processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Partner with executives to create functional people plans
Build and maintain high‑performance culture aligned with company values
Deliver structured recruitment process for top talent within defined timelines
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Oversee onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
Support business needs through employee engagement and talent preservation
Performance & Development
Oversee performance appraisal systems
Assess training needs and implement development programs
Develop career progression frameworks
Work with People's Operations Executives for strategic oversight
Review and adjust KPIs aligned with business objectives
Develop leadership programs for future leaders
Employee Relations & Culture
Act as bridge between management and employees
Foster positive working environment and effective internal communication
Own and manage internal communications
Rewards & Benefits
Maintain and manage pay plans, reward systems, and benefits programs
Ensure competitive and fair compensation strategies
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure legal compliance across HR (employment law, safety, GDPR)
Report HR metrics to senior leadership
Develop and monitor HR systems, procedures, and tactics
TYPICAL DAY
Morning: Organize and assign daily tasks
Mid‑Morning: Review staff objectives and address challenges
Afternoon: Follow up on task execution; review priorities
Late Afternoon: Meet with executives on key operations and performance
End of Day: Retrieve daily report from Operations Supervisor; coordinate next‑day engagements
Daily: Review and update CRM with notes; track and report task execution times
MONTHLY MILESTONE BONUS
A. Ensure no overdue tasks
B. Execute all monthly deliverables
C. Execute 3 performance‑improvement activities (wellness initiatives, team‑building, SOP training, capacity building)
D. Carry out 3 internal surveys
MONTHLY DELIVERABLES
Prepare monthly payroll
Manage staff reports and appraisals
Execute training and onboarding
Manage memos and compliance
Manage weekly and monthly work schedules
Submit monthly HR report to senior management (hiring status, turnover, performance outcomes, engagement survey results)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced degree or certification (SHRM‑CP, CIPD) is a plus
Proven experience as HR Manager or in senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with operational execution ability
Proficiency in HR software and metrics‑driven decision‑making
Collaborative mindset and strong relationship‑building ability
Passion for travel and exceptional client experiences
Knowledge of global travel destinations and visa requirements (advantage)
